Will I have a good time?
Yes! (well, perhaps we are biased. But we sincerely hope you do!)


Can I bring a dog?
Yes you can, but your pet must be kept on a lead at all times. Please remember that BushFest closes with a huge firework display!


Can I bring food & drink?
Food and drink will be available throughout the event at the venue. Please have a look at our stalls page for full details. Please note that you will not be able to bring in cool boxes or hampers as we are unable to search these. But we do welcome guests to bring food & snacks for lunch if you wish. You can also bring in sealed bottles of soft drinks, these are permitted. Absolutely no alcohol permitted.


Re-Admission / Leaving & Returning
You will be able to gain re-admission if you leave the venue. Please speak to our team at the main entrance for details on the day.


Can I bring Chairs, Blankets & a Gazebo?
You are welcome to bring Chairs, Blankets & Gazebo’s. If you do decide to bring a Gazebo, you will be assigned an area at the rear of the auditorium.


Can I pop in early with my Gazebo to set up camp?
No, Sorry! We will be setting up with vehicles moving around the site. Gates officially open at 1pm, but we may open these just ahead of this, that will be the earliest opportunity to enter the site. The Sports Club is closed for other activities on this day.


Parking
Parking is available on site including a limited number of accessible parking spaces. A charge will be made for parking. This includes Blue Badge Holders.

Are there any offers for group/family bookings?
No. Our low prices are the same for everyone. Although large groups/families are very welcome, there are no concessions/restrictions on the amount of tickets you purchase.


Carers & Disabled Access
The site is fully accessible by wheelchairs, though the site is mostly grass. There are no designated Wheelchair areas.
Personal Assistance Tickets are available, please email our team at tickets@bushfest.co.uk who will be happy to assist. Please ensure you have proof of requirement.


Can my band perform?
BushFest is a Tribute Festival, and we select our roster from only the very best Tribute Acts on the circuit. Our team have extensive knowledge in this arena, and know many of the best acts available in the UK. If you think that we may not be aware of your act, feel free to apply by sending your details to bands@bushfest.co.uk


I lost my tickets what do I do?
Not to worry, when you bought your tickets we made you a login for our ticket site. Please login using the email address you purchased the tickets with. You can download them from there.

Are my tickets refundable?
No not normally, Bushfest is a ‘rain or shine’ event, the same as almost all other festivals. Refunds will not be issued due to Covid-19, and you understand this is a risk you take when purchasing.
