It’s easy to get to us. Metropolitan is located just outside Watford, within half a mile of the M1 (Junction 5) and the A41, and the M25 is only 3 miles away, you can pre-book parking for £5 (includes blue badge holders).

To get to us by train, we’re just over a mile away from Bushey train station, which has excellent transport links to Central London and Watford.

Yes, there is parking on site, including a limited number of accessible parking spaces. You can pre-book your parking for £5 online. This includes Blue Badge holders.

There are several nearby hotels, B&Bs, and even a campsite 3 miles away.

No drinks, alcohol, food or snacks are permitted to be brought onto the Metropolitan Bushey site. This is a venue policy 365 days a year, and fairly standard for music festivals. You may bring an empty bottle to fill at our water fountains.

We have fantastic food vendors who cater to most dietary needs and sell hot and cold drinks, including bottled water. Monty’s Bar will also be selling snacks.

Our security team will be conducting full bag searches at the gate. To help speed up the queues, we ask that you do not bring large bags unless necessary.

Anyone with a medical condition that requires them to bring food items, a snack and/or a drink into the event should contact management in advance via info@metropolitanbushey.co.uk to obtain an authorisation letter.

You will be able to gain re-admission if you leave the venue. Please speak to our team at the main entrance for details on the day.

All our bars, vendors and the gate take cash and card payments.

Yes, of course, under-16 tickets are available, they just need to be accompanied by an adult and supervised. You don’t need to purchase a ticket for children under 5, but bear in mind that Metropolitan’s play area will be closed, and you’ll need to keep them entertained.

Yes, you can, Metropolitan is a dog friendly venue, but they must be always kept on a lead.

Yes. If you bring a gazebo, you will be assigned an area at the rear of the arena.

The site is fully accessible by wheelchair, though the site is mostly grass. There are no designated wheelchair areas. There is parking onsite which you can pre-book for £5 online but a limited number accessible bays. This includes Blue Badge holders. Essential Carer/Personal Assistance Standard Adult* tickets are available on receipt of proof of requirement; please email our team at info@bushfest.co.uk, who will be happy to assist.

Our gold tickets include general admission, access to an indoor seated area upstairs, sheltered balcony overlooking the grounds, private bar and toilets, and a food voucher for a meal from Monty’s Bar & Kitchen (choose and order from our festival bar menu on the day anytime between 1pm to 9pm).

Not to worry. When you bought your tickets, we made you a login for our ticket site. Please log in using the email address you purchased the tickets with. You can download them from there.

No, Bushfest is a ‘rain or shine’ event, the same as almost all other festivals. We have a strict no refunds, exchange or transfer policy within our Terms and Conditions, which you are required to accept on booking.

We have already booked our tribute acts for 2025. However, feel free to send details about your act to info@bushfest.co.uk for future events.
